Bobby Robinson’s Fire and Fury Records, were one of the Fifties and Sixties most important outlets for prime R&B, soul, blues and doo-wop.

Responsible for launching the careers of soul and R&B stars such as Lee Dorsey, Gladys Knight & the Pips and Bobby Marchan, Robinson also resurrected the careers of several blues greats including Elmore James, Big Boy Arthur Crudup and Lightnin’ Hopkins.

This 3-disc set offers the most wide-ranging and comprehensive overview of Fire and Fury ever assembled. As well as almost 4 hours of music recorded between 1951 and 1964, the set features a 40-page booklet.
